Burlington, VT Condo Basement
This condo basement flood was caused by outside perimeter drainage failure. The basement floor was flooded with about two inches of ground water above the basement floor. First a Saber Sump Pit was installed with a sump pump and drainage piping. Then the basement was coated with Dura-Flex SF using Dura-Lastic and Dura-Lastic Gel to seal floor and wall cracks.
