This basement flood was caused by seeping ground water and surface water. Basement was demo'd, dried, and cleaned. Two coats of Dura-Flex SF were applied to seal basement floor and three coats were applied to waterproof basement walls. Dura-Lastic mixed with Dur-Gel was used to seal wall cracks and floor cracks.
